Delivery Charges

The delivery charges referred to in our Orders and Refund Policy as we do not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered if that country is a country other than New Zealand. You are responsible for all such taxes and duties. We may occasionally provide special offers and promotions waiving delivery charges in certain circumstances. We reserve the right to vary, cancel or extend special offers and promotions regarding delivery charges.
All purchases via the website are transacted in Australian dollars.

Pricing Errors

The Galini Shop reserves the right to amend any pricing errors displayed due to human error, computer malfunction or other reason. The Galini Shop will notify you of any error in pricing and you may elect to not purchase any Good/s where the price has been corrected.

Payments

We accept payments only from Paypal.
Depending on your circumstances, you may have to pay additional exchange rate costs and fees as charged by your credit card issuer. We will not be liable for any costs associated with exchange rates or bank fees.

Order and Refund Policy

Most orders are processed within 24 hours.

 

Important Message to Customers

When ordering:

• Please choose your items carefully when purchasing.

• Read the product descriptions carefully.

• Make sure you measure yourself.

• Check the Size Charts that we offer for each item to ensure the correct fit.

 

Disclaimer/Reasons for Non-Refund

We do not offer a refund or return of products if:

• You do not like the item.

• If the sizing is incorrect.

• Due to change of mind.

• If you damage the product.

• If you make false claims about inconsistencies between product description and the item you received.

• If the item has been damaged by shipping and mishandling.

 

Review and Response Process

If the item you receive is faulty or incorrect, please:

• Contact us through the contact form quoting the order number.

• We will email you to review your case.

• You must contact us within 7 days after receiving your item.

• Once we email you, then we will ask for pictures of the faulty item, so that we can either offer you a refund or re-order your item.

 

Galini reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check.

 

If your item is deemed faulty by Galini, a replacement will be provided subject to stock availability, or a full refund will be issued, only if the damage was not caused by shipping and mishandling.

 

Please allow 13-35 days for estimated delivery. Each item you purchase will be shipped separately as we work with various suppliers.

 

Due to post Covid-19 international trade, delivery times may be extended according to the area you reside in. If you order several items at the same time, then those items will arrive separately.
